This exciting opportunity calls for a Senior Field Engineer with a proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for sustainability. The successful Field Engineer will be instrumental in supporting ongoing operations, troubleshooting system performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery to a growing UK customer base.
Key Responsibilities of a Field Engineer.

Oversee the operation and performance of pilot and full-scale modular waste-to-energy systems across multiple client sites.
*
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring reliable plant performance and adherence to HSEQ standards.
*
Lead plant commissioning and provide ongoing technical support during operational phases.
*
Diagnose and resolve system faults in mechanical, electrical, and process systems (including pumps, gas, and water).
*
Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and customer support teams to deliver best-in-class technical outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience in a similar engineering or field-based role within the waste-to-energy, water treatment, or process industries.
*
Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and demonstrated ability to solve complex on-site challenges.
*
Electrical competency with relevant certification and a sound understanding of HSEQ protocols.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK (Monday–Friday).
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
