You will coordinate the delivery of the CITADEL transformation programme, acting as the operational backbone of the project. You will manage governance, documentation, reporting, stakeholder engagement and consultation activity, while actively supporting workflow redesign through business process modelling and service design documentation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and service owners, you will help translate policy requirements into practical, scalable workflows and platform capabilities, and support organisational change through training coordination, communications and transition to business-as-usual operations.
You will have substantial experience coordinating complex change or transformation programmes, strong analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to work confidently across technical, operational and senior stakeholder groups. Experience supporting digital service redesign, workflow modelling or platform delivery is highly desirable.
