3. Cost ManagementTrack and manage company expenses across departments.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce waste.Analyse cost variances and work with teams to resolve issues.
4. Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.Collaborate with accounting teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.
5. Planning & AnalysisBuild financial models to support strategic decisions.Forecast performance and assess risks and opportunities.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights.
The Successful Applicant
The successful UK Finance Manager should have:
6. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
7. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficiency with financial systems and software.
10. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
