Senior UI/UX Designer – Your Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, impactful designs that delight users. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to shape the future of hotel technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the overall product strategy, driving direction with a user‑centered design approach aligned with company goals.
* Lead end‑to‑end design projects from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.
* Be proactive in providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve design quality.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
* Conceptualize and deliver feature designs and improvements efficiently while maintaining high quality.
* Develop user flows, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals to bring product features to life.
* Help establish and refine design processes that reflect a customer‑first mindset and attention to detail.
* Regularly engage in User Research Sessions to understand and advocate for customer needs, using insights to inform design decisions.
* Maintain and expand a design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability across the product.
Your Profile
* A deep passion for design with a proven ability to create best‑in‑class UX, UI, and interaction solutions.
* A portfolio showcasing exceptional product design in SaaS with 5+ years of experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in user experience research, including crafting and testing customer journeys, wireframes, scenarios, and interaction design.
* Proven ability to solve complex interaction design problems with thoughtful and innovative solutions.
* Proficiency in visual design and prototyping using tools like Figma.
* Strong skills in visual design, UI, and interaction design with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers.
Nice to Have
* Understanding of design systems and experience with tools such as Git, VSCode, and Origami.
* Experience in motion design or micro‑interactions to enhance engagement.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
* Knowledge of data visualization techniques for analytics or reporting features.
* Experience working with AI‑powered tools or incorporating AI insights into the user experience.
