Store Manager Responsibilities
Drive sales, KPIs and overall retail performance
Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team
Deliver exceptional customer service standards across the store
Manage payroll, stock control and store operations

What we are looking for
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail
A strong track record of delivering results in a retail environment
Passionate about people leadership and customer experience
Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
Hands on leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast paced retail
