We’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and help continue the momentum The Person: We are seeking an individual with grocery sales experience in FMCG, currently working as a National Account Manager for at least 2 years with full P&L responsibility. You should have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and be able to work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The Role: This role will manage the Morrisons account, one of our key strategic partners, and we have big plans for growth! Reporting to a Senior National Account Manager, you will have autonomy over the day to day running of one of our largest accounts. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships both internally (especially with our product and supply chain teams) and externally with customers. Take full ownership of the customer P&L, as well as manage internal forecasting, revenue, and profit. Develop customer plans and identify opportunities to profitably grow within your account. Use a needs-based, category-selling approach to drive revenue and market share growth. Create, agree on, and maintain responsibility for joint business plans. Requirements: 2 years of experience and success in a similar Commercial role. Experience managing a consistent customer P&L and a thorough understanding of retail supply chain and store-level execution. Experience with Grocery or High Street customers, experience with Asda – even better! Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days a week, and able to travel to Leeds for customer meetings.
