Job Title

Test Centre Administrator


Location

Canterbury, Kent, UK


Schedule

Part-time, minimum 12 hours per week; flexible shifts Monday–Sunday, including evenings and weekends.


Pay

£13.60 per hour, paid monthly.


Responsibilities

* Welcome, greet and check‑in candidates.
* Comply with all exam security and procedure policies.
* Verify candidate identification documents and explain testing process/rules.
* Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
* Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
* Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing workstations.


Qualifications

* School‑level qualifications in English and Maths.
* Excellent attention to detail and monitoring skills.
* Ability to work long periods in a quiet testing environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
* Team‑player, flexible, and professional demeanor.
