The Role:
We’re looking for a positive and personable Waiter or Waitress to join our Front of House team. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, delivering excellent service and helping to ensure every guest has a great experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and drinks with professionalism and care.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
* Handle payments and use the till system (training provided).
* Support your teammates and help maintain a smooth service.
* Be attentive to customer needs and go the extra mile to delight them.
* Be proactive.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service. (preferred, but not essential – we can train the right person!)
* A friendly and professional manner.
* Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
* Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Right to work in the UK.
