About the Role:
Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst and Scrum Master to join our technology and operations team. This dual role will improve our Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) processes and enable agile delivery as a Scrum Master. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to analyze challenges, deliver solutions, and promote agile practices across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
* Analyze and solve complex Order to Cash business problems.
* Translate needs into requirements and work with development teams.
* Manage project lifecycles from requirements to post-implementation support.
* Work with legacy and modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
* Manage multiple projects across regions.
* Ensure quality documentation and user-focused solutions.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile best practices.
* Identify and remove impediments, promote collaboration, and track progress.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a Business Analyst in Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash).
* Experience as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
* Knowledge of CRM or CPQ tools.
* Understanding of finance systems.
* Experience working with external vendors.
* Flexibility to support project and BAU activities.
