Overview
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Major Projects division. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Responsibilities
* Performing risk, value management and cost control activities to benefit the contract
* Leading and driving the procurement strategy including cost value analysis and procurement of sub-contractors
* Maintaining awareness of different contracts in current use, ensuring all current legislations and document control is adhered to
* Monitoring and reporting forecast against cost and value and the management of cashflow
* Overseeing and managing the commercial team on your contracts and supporting their development
Qualifications
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Excellent knowledge of JCT, ICE and NEC contracts
* CSCS card is essential for this role
