Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee a high-profile project in Torness in East Lothian. This role is pivotal for ensuring the successful delivery of the project, encompassing planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams involved in the project.
Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring quality standards are met and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
Develop and implement construction schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Identify potential challenges, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage project finances, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Support business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of future projects.
