Overview
You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our client's Residential Care Home, in accordance with laid down procedures and contract agreements.
Role and Schedule
They are looking for people to join them to work weekends only on a Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 - 19:00 (18 hours per week) as a Head Housekeeper / Cleaner working within their scheme.
Pay
Pay rate is £14.18 and will increase to £14.63 following successful completion of the probationary period.
Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated and reliable Head Housekeeper / Cleaner support, being passionate, professional and caring to be part of the team.
* Lead a team and supervise domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with procedures and contract requirements.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.
* Plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards through effective organization.
* Communicate effectively and work well within a team, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.
Requirements
* Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required, as well as full employment history and references will be taken up.
