About The Role


Team - Adviser Services

Working Pattern hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-17:00.

What this role is all about:

As a Vitality Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting members on their health journey. You'll carry out clinical screenings and collect samples such as blood, urine, and saliva, while also delivering services like Medical Telephone Questionnaires, Member Health Checks, and Wellness Day activities.

Based at the Vitality Clinic in London Bridge, you'll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The role involves daily travel within your territory, so confidence working independently and adapting to different environments will serve you well.

This is a people‑focused role at its core. You'll be engaging with members from all walks of life, putting them at ease, explaining procedures clearly, and building trust through your professionalism and warmth. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a positive experience for every member are essential.

You'll be part of a supportive team of Nurses and Office staff who share a commitment to high‑quality care and a collaborative working culture.

Key Actions

* You will be required to conduct client screening appointments at their home or work location.
* When your schedule has availability you will be allocated a range of Tele medical Interviews.
* Liaising with customers, our underwriters and operational team to promote health and wellbeing in a professional but informal manner.
* Manage client expectations in line with company policies and procedures.
* Planning, organising and prioritising your workload/equipment to meet your day to day activities.
* Work in collaboration with the concierge to manage your appointments and diary.
* Take accountability of every case, you will conduct physical examinations and collect samples for insurance applicants and healthcare customers.
* Promoting good health.

What do you need to thrive?

* You must be a fully qualified nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
* You should have a broad range of nursing experiences, medical knowledge and be experienced in phlebotomy and competent to work independently.
* Attention to detail – critical to remember the smallest details.
* An excellent communicator both written and verbal and with great people / customer service skills.
* You must be computer literate and able to work independently with drive, enthusiasm and resilience.
* Strong team working skills coupled with the ability to collaborate well.
* Skills to be able to manage many priorities in a fast paced environment.
* Polite, confident and professional telephone manner.
* Observation skills.
* Empathy and sensitivity to clients' needs and concerns.
* Be comfortable and confident in working remotely and independently.
* Critical thinking – to be able to assess a situation and make decisions on the spot.
* A keen desire to learn – to have a curious mind and be an avid learner as well as being prepared for continual learning.
* An active listener and can ask the right questions.
