FM Technical Supervisor - Morpeth - Global Facilities Management Organisation: Prison Service
CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor with a strong Mechanical or Electrical bias to join our clients team based in Morpeth, Northumberland.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on an exciting role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance and compliance of all FM requirements.
Package:
* Competitive salary up to £44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance of all M&E systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
2. Producing and reviewing RAMS/SOPs for routine maintenance tasks
3. Lead a team of engineers and contractors, providing technical support and guidance
4. Liaise with the client, site management, and external contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
5. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment
