We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Hospitality Manager to help oversee the daily running of our attraction park, gardens and on-site coffee shop. You'll work alongside the Hospitality Manager to keep everything running smoothly—managing staff, supporting seasonal events, and ensuring every visitor enjoys excellent service in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. From coordinating attractions and supervising coffee-shop operations to motivating the team and monitoring standards, this varied role is ideal for someone with hospitality, leisure or food-and-beverage experience who thrives in a busy setting. Musts:
* Previous experience in hospitality, attractions, leisure, or food & beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak visitor periods.
