We are now looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded individual to become the operational backbone of our front-of-house and customer coordination.
This is not a basic reception role.
This is a key position within a growing technical business.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for protecting technician production time while improving customer experience and conversion rates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
* Handling inbound phone calls professionally
* Managing customer enquiries via email
* Booking appointments and coordinating collections
* Following up on quotes and uncollected repairs
* Supporting accessory and service sales
* Maintaining structured communication through our CRM/ticketing system
* Supporting light operational and administrative tasks
You will work closely with technicians and management to ensure workflow remains efficient and customers are looked after properly.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Confident and calm when speaking with customers
* Organised and structured in their approach
* Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
* Commercially aware (able to identify opportunities to add value)
* Professional in appearance and communication
* Able to handle busy periods without becoming flustered
Retail, hospitality, customer service or sales experience is beneficial — but personality and attitude are more important than industry background.
