Requisition ID: 59315 Position Type: FT Permanent Workplace Arrangement: About the role This position is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including KPI delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with best practices. The role involves managing global supply flows, inventory, logistics, and cost control, while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and key customers. It also includes overseeing the complaints process using RCCA methodology, developing demand and supply plans, and driving the internal S&OP process. Leadership responsibilities include managing direct reports, fostering talent development, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance performance and efficiency. We’re looking for a candidate with high energy and a strong desire to learn and grow within the business, whilst experience within a similar role is essential, we would encourage future senior leaders to apply. The ideal candidate will not only have a knowledge of Supply Chain management but will also display our Kerry values and be enthusiastic about our processes and brand. What will I be doing? Management and delivery of agreed Supply Chain KPI's and process compliance with 1Kerry WOW and to drive process improvement to best practice. Manage the global supply into Kerry hubs and maintain excellent communication with functional contacts and key customers Manage the complaints process to a satisfactory conclusion using the defined process linking in with appropriate functions using RCCA methodology. Management of direct reports within the extended team both in a day-day context and from an employee development view point. Lead/direct the team in the process of developing a demand plan which flows into the planning process, aligning procurement, raw material call-off and manufacturing activities to resource allocation while meeting customers’ expectations. End to end Inventory management and stock control. Ensure all costs are controlled adequately and in line with budget. Preparation of monthly/weekly reporting pack with relevant metrics and KPIs. Manage and develop the internal S&OP process. Review plan changes with the management team. Review plant performance to plan. Drive development and productivity actions. Collaboration with functional leads to ensure improved communication. Manage Supply Chain budget and identify opportunities to reduce cost Ownership of end to end local logistics execution. Management of people under their responsibility with identification and promotion of talent. What do I need to be successful? Ideally, candidate will be qualified to degree level. Supply Chain qualification is desirable. Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential: Experience in working with SAP in a manufacturing context is essential. Leading & Managing Change.
