Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Assistant located in Cambridge. The Financial Assistant will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, maintaining financial and accounting records, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy. The role also involves providing support with financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing reports, and coordinating financial transactions. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
* AAT or part qualified CCAB
* Strong invoicing, finance, and accounting skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient analytical skills to interpret financial data and contribute to decision-making processes
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
* Ability to work on-site in Cambridge and manage day-to-day financial tasks efficiently
* Relevant experience in finance or accounting roles; professional certification or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous
* Proficiency in using financial software and tools
