We're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth running of the business, handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.,
* Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Liaise with repairers and suppliers to arrange vehicle repairs and services.
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
* Support with preparation of client reports and documentation.
* Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration.
* Provide general office support as needed, including data entry.
* Liaise with all parties involved in the claim to keep our client's costs and disruption to a minimum.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Previous administration experience
* Previous experience in accounting software e.g. QuickBooks (preferred but not essential)
* A proactive, can-do attitude
* Eagerness to learn
