* Overseeing vehicle stripping, fitting, and repair processes, with hands‑on involvement when necessary
* Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained within the workshop
* Liaising with insurance companies and clients to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery
Requirements for the Bodyshop Controller position:
* Proven experience as a MET Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Workshop Controller
* Ability to oversee workshop operations and ensure jobs are completed on time and to high standards
* Hands‑on skills in vehicle stripping, fitting, and repair work
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
