Customer Programme Manager
Location: Cumbria (On-site / Hybrid options)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role
Reporting to a senior programme leader, you'll manage a portfolio of customer programmes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.
You'll act as the primary customer contact, applying robust programme management techniques to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver contractual commitments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Define programme scope, deliverables and objectives
Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules and risk registers
Serve as the main point of contact for customers
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional programme teams
Manage change, risk and stakeholder expectations
Track performance using structured programme controls
Ensure milestones, cost and quality targets are achieved
What We're Looking For
Degree qualified or equivalent experience
Proven experience in project or programme management
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Commercial and contractual awareness
Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
