As a Key member of the Transport Team, you are responsible for the effective and accurate management of compliance and maintenance of the vehicles on a daily basis and ensuring fleet compliance is up-to date at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Vehicle maintenance & control across all sites
* Invoice checking and authorisations within agreed limit
* Maintenance records - tracking & upkeep
* Temporary vehicle control (inc. Insurance notification)
* Vehicle condition management
* New damage & vehicle defect form management
* Invoice reconciliation (vehicle maintenance)
* Tachograph download & record upkeep
* Driver infringement management (permanent & agency) KPI
* Control of KPI for maintenance spend and driver behaviours
* Accident management
* Fuel Card Audits quarterly
* Wasted fuel, Infringements, WTD KPI
* Driver Audit Management
* Fuel and adblue management
* New and agency Driver induction management
* Drivers license and CPC management.
* Support Operations as required
Other duties include:
* General assistance to the Head of Fleet Maintenance and compliance.
* Weekend and out of hours support in emergency situations
* Drivers license and CPC management.
Requirements:
* Ideally a transport background, with proven experience in a similar position within a transport office.
* CPC holder
* Must have a good level of English and Maths
* Must be computer literate including MS Office, email, spreadsheets and transport databases
* Self-managing with good attention to detail
* Methodical and thorough approach to work
* Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure
* Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
Hours: Hours are 40 per week Monday to Friday 9am-5PM. Weekends may be required at times plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position
