About the Team This is a fast-paced and varied role, supporting day-to-day operational activity across multiple areas of the department. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient vehicle ordering, logistics, and customer support. Duties & Responsibilities Process and manage vehicle orders through internal systems, ensuring accuracy, financial compliance, and peer-review validation. Manage departmental inboxes and Freshdesk queues, resolving queries and escalations within agreed SLAs. Provide clear and accurate vehicle status updates to dealers and scheme participants using multiple systems. Support MRC scheme participants via inbound calls, live chat, and coordination of vehicle collections and non-standard handovers. Manage dealer transfers, destination code changes, and vehicle logistics in line with agreed processes and governance. Produce standard operational reports and maintain trackers, escalating issues where required. Work closely with clients, dealers, and stakeholders to meet Target Delivery Dates (TDD) and minimise delivery holds. Support central ordering activity and assist with ad-hoc projects during peak periods.
