A Credit Controller is required to join a large manufacturing company near the Tyseley area. An opportunity to join a successful company during a sustained period of growth. Joining a welcoming finance team, you will be responsible predominantly with Credit Control but assisting with the wider finance team with adhoc accounts duties.
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for your own section of ledger completing duties such as –
1. Controlling and monitoring daily debt
2. Ensuring all debt is chased effectively and payment made within terms
3. Developing and maintaining good quality relationships with customers
4. Carrying out cash allocation duties
5. Achieving agreed collection targets
6. Compiling reports on performance of accounts
Ideally for this role you will have;
7. Prior use of Sage and/or SAP
8. Previous experience working in a credit control position
9. Confident using Microsoft Excel
10. Confident telephone manner
11. Excellent organisational skills
On offer for this role;
12. Starting salary of £24-26k dependant on experience
13. Working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm (office-based)
14. Free parking on site
15. 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Due to the location, ideally you need be based near the Tyseley/Sparkbrook area. You will be office-based so will be required to commute into the offices everyday Monday – Friday.
