Job Reference: 2192Company Description:Our client is a driven hotel and residential investment and management company, committed to creating long-term, sustainable valueThey have a varied portfolio including very high end and more affordable hotels, residential and commercial assetsWe have hired for them in global locations and they have a remarkable portfolio and its dynamic, well run companyRole DescriptionAssist in managing hotel development projects from initiation through to completion.Support the coordination of activities between various project stakeholders including architects, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operations teams.Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.Prepare project documentation, such as status reports, budget breakdowns, and project timelines.Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure effective collaboration and information flow.Contribute to the resolution of any project issues or delays as directed by senior management.Attend project meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during project execution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Relevant years of experience in project management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel development sectors.Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Additional Information:Interview stages1st stage: video interview2nd stage: in person interview3rd stage: in person with the boardPackage:Up to £50K DOE + Benefits + BonusTo Apply: To be considered for this role please apply using the Apply button below or please email your CV to Mary Croydon at apply@richmond-capital.co.uk quoting the reference number for this position in the email title.
