Senior ODI ETL/OBIEE BI Developer
2 Year FTC - Hybrid
Our client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior ODI ETL & OAS/OBIEE BI Developer to support the design, development and ongoing management of enterprise banking data platforms.
This is a hands‑on senior role suited to a specialist with strong Oracle data warehousing, ETL and BI experience, combined with deep banking domain knowledge, particularly across Oracle Flexcube, Oracle ERP, and ideally Finastra OPICS.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality data integration, reporting and analytics solutions that support retail banking, treasury and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Warehouse & Data Mart Management
* Design, implement and maintain data warehouse schemas and data marts
* Develop scalable data models to support efficient reporting and analytics
* Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, performance and reliability
ETL Development & Data Integration
* Design, build and support ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
* Integrate data from multiple banking and finance systems
* Ensure data quality, consistency and reconciliation across platforms
* Optimise ETL performance for large-scale financial data volumes
Data Management & Analysis
* Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL for data transformation and analysis
* Manage data structures to support efficient storage and retrieval
* Troubleshoot data-related issues and support root cause analysis
Business Intelligence & Reporting
* Develop and maintain BI solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS/OBIEE)
* Create dashboards, reports and extracts for business and regulatory use
* Analyse financial and banking data to deliver actionable insights
Banking & Finance Domain Support
* Apply strong knowledge of retail banking, treasury products and accounting data
* Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Support data governance, audit and regulatory standards
