We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team based at our site in Markham Vale, supporting a number of sites across the UK. The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner with senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing a variety of projects and initiatives. This is a multi-site role, therefore you should be able to travel regularly.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can juggle a number of changing priorities with a positive, can-do approach. Experience of working in Logistics/FMCG would be an advantage.

The HR Business Partner key responsibilities will include:
* Day-to-day generalist role, partnering with General Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business
* Case management – advising & supporting grievance, performance, disciplinary, and absence-related matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process
* Delivery of the Group-wide HR strategy
* Managing employee relations issues related to change, proactively managing relationships with employee representatives and trades unions
* Supporting the business with the development and delivery of people plans across multiple units
* Influencing the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to meet business needs
* Ensuring performance management processes are in place and effective
* Managing Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as required
* Handling TUPE management
Qualifications
* Experience advising on HR matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and absence
* Proven experience managing cultures and implementing change proactively, with adaptability and trust-building skills
* Problem-solving skills, utilizing systems and expertise for the benefit of the business and employees
* Experience working in Logistics
* CIPD Qualified
