We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistical and Diary Support Officer. This role is essential in supporting our tutors and customers by ensuring diaries, bookings, and communications are managed smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
* Manage tutor diaries, ensuring schedules are up to date and accurate.
* Book sessions for customers and coordinate appointments.
* Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
* Arrange and distribute webinar links for online sessions.
* Record and maintain accurate data on CRM systems.
* Respond to customer queries, providing clear information and support.
* Provide general administrative assistance to support the wider team.
About You
* Proven experience in diary management, scheduling, or customer service.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
