Office Administrator
Aureos is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Preston Brook office.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office, providing a wide range of support across travel coordination, timesheet monitoring, document control, procurement, and facilities management.
This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start in July.
Responsibilities
1. Support the day-to-day running of the office
2. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
3. Monitor Staff Timesheets via Practice Manager
4. Monitor Freelance Consultants Timesheets via Practice Manager and report hours to finance
5. Use of COINS
6. Monitor and report staff overtime hours to payroll
7. Minute monthly Management Meetings and record attendance
8. Raise purchase orders on COINS for office equipment, supplies & operational requirements
9. GRN purchases orders for completed items
