Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Home & School Setting Location: Northampton Hours: During School Hours Pay: Competitive Rates (Depending on Experience) We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across the Northampton area. Tuition sessions will take place either in pupils’ homes or within school settings during school hours. This is a rewarding opportunity for passionate education professionals who are committed to helping students build confidence, improve academic performance, and achieve their learning goals through personalised support. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual pupil needs Support pupils with academic learning, engagement, and confidence-building Adapt lesson delivery to suit different learning styles and abilities Track and provide feedback on pupil progress when required Maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Experience working with children or young people Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to deliver engaging and personalised learning sessions Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Relevant teaching or tutoring qualifications are desirable What We Offer: Flexible working arrangements Competitive pay rates Ongoing support from a dedicated team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ education and development If you are passionate about education and interested in supporting pupils in the Northampton area, we would love to hear from you.
