What You Will Do
Receptionists in our team play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities include:
* Greeting guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile
* Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Providing guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area
* Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing guests’ bills
Ideal candidates will possess:
* A natural ability to provide high-quality service
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* A professional and smart appearance
* Team-oriented attitude and supportive nature
* An approachable, positive, and proactive manner
* Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel (preferred)
* Opera PMS experience (a plus)

You naturally excel at providing high-quality service, are organized, calm under pressure, and communicate effectively. You value teamwork, support your colleagues, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude. Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
