Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering Finance change within insurance or reinsurance environments. Strong understanding of insurance Finance processes including reporting, close cycles, reconciliations, and control frameworks. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex Finance processes and translate requirements into clear, actionable outputs. Experience working with Finance systems and financial data across multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environments. Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and Technology teams. Comfortable operating within regulated, audit-driven environments and managing change through delivery. Responsibilities: Analyse end-to-end Finance processes including reporting, close, reconciliations, controls, and financial data flows. Gather, document, and structure clear business and functional requirements aligned to Finance objectives. Design current-state and future-state processes for complex, multi-entity Finance environments. Work closely with Finance SMEs and Technology teams to shape and deliver effective solutions. Support delivery through build, testing, and implementation to ensure requirements are met. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making.
