You'll become a valued member of the Two Rivers repairs and maintenance team, providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants. Monthly pay, and an additional £202.50 out of hours allowance per on-call week hours worked. 26 days holiday per year, rising to a maximum of 30 days (after each year of service), plus bank holidays. What you’ll have A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision Is a people person with excellent customer service skills A valid UK driving licence We are keen to invite the best people to join us as soon as possible so we will be interviewing and hiring on an ongoing basis.
