Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Oversee the credit control department ensuring efficient operations
4. Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks
5. Drive the collection of outstanding payments
6. Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance department to reconcile accounts
7. Prepare credit control reports for senior management
8. Train and mentor junior credit control staff
9. Handle escalated customer queries and disputes
10. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations

The successful candidate requires:
11. Experience working in a target driven environment
12. Credit Control experience is required
