This newly created role sits within their Customer Supply Chain function and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping financial insight, governance, and decision-making across logistics and commercial operations
The Role
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing financial leadership and analysis to ensure both service resilience and cost efficiency. You will be responsible for reporting, forecasting and supporting decision-making, while driving value through actionable insights.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Delivering financial analysis and insight against budget, forecast and prior year performance.
o Partnering with supply chain leadership to identify risks, opportunities and process improvements.
o Ensuring robust financial governance across the supply chain.
o Supporting strategy development across capacity, service, quality, compliance and cost.
o Driving harmonisation of processes and ways of working within the function.
o Coaching and developing finance colleagues to build team capability.

About You
o CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or qualified by experience.
o Strong financial and commercial acumen.
o Experience in a matrix-based organisation (supply chain or logistics exposure desirable).
o Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
o Proven ability to challenge constructively and drive improvements.
o Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
