Job Title: Business Centre Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: £28k plus commission
Business First/B1 Your Space is a leading provider of serviced office space across the North West. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and professional Business Centre Manager to join our team and manage Burnley Business Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct viewings of our offices and manage reservations.
* Liaise with tenants to maintain and build strong relationships.
* Demonstrate a strong sales-driven attitude to meet and exceed targets.
* Ensure common areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
* Assist in promoting the office spaces to potential clients.
* Address and resolve any complaints or issues that arise.
* Handle new tenancy agreements and issue monthly invoices.
* Help the finance team to ensure tenant payments are maintained in line with tenancy agreements.
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure tenant payments are maintained.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the buildings you manage.
Requirements:
* Friendly and enthusiastic.
* High level of professionalism in all interactions.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Customer service experience: 1 year.
* Sales experience: 1 year.
* Driving licence and own means of transport.
* Excellent grammar and numeracy skills.

Monday to Thursday – 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday – 8.30am – 4.00pm
