Company Overview
I am recruiting for a very fast-growing, prestigious automotive dealership in the Coulsdon area, looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their successful team.
Responsibilities
1. Handle sales of parts to the public and trade via telephone, fax, and in person at the Retail/Trade Counter, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
2. Supply parts as requested to the Service Department.
3. Maintain accurate records as per Company Procedures.
4. Inspect parts in front of customers as per Company Procedures.
5. Inspect incoming goods against documentation, report discrepancies.
6. Place incoming stock in correct locations.
7. Pick customer orders and prepare for delivery or transfer, with proper documentation.
8. Report and record stock discrepancies or damages.
9. Operate computers and machinery following Company and Manufacturer instructions.
10. Support and implement the Company’s Quality System.
11. Maintain cleanliness of customer area and warehouse.
12. Keep personal appearance neat and tidy.
13. Observe all Health, Safety, and Fire Regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Ability to work in a team and multi-task effectively.
2. Ability to meet deadlines.
3. Confident and professional communication skills.
4. Highly organized.
5. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred.
6. Good technical knowledge of vehicles.
7. Positive, customer-focused attitude.
8. Valid driving license.
