Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour; plus incentives
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Sign-on Bonus: $3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers
Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
Qualifications
What You Need:
* 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
* MUST have a Jouneyman's or close to obtaining license
* EPA certification
* Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
* Must pass background and drug screening
* Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
