The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and general building systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the clients facilities, contributing to a comfortable and efficient working environment for all occupants. Key Responsibilities Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC equipment Performing regular inspections of AHUs and FCUs to identify potential issues before they escalate Cleaning and replacing air filters, belts, and other components as per maintenance schedules
