Role of a Customer Sales Advisor
You’ll be talking to our customers on the phone every day, focusing on providing exceptional customer service. As we are a regulated company, you’ll also have some compliance standards to uphold. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced in insurance; we’ll provide you with all the right training and tools to confidently deliver great service in no time!

Our New Business Department
Customer Sales Advisors are often the first point of contact for our customers, so providing a great first impression is essential. You'll be responsible for communicating the benefits of a policy and guiding them through the buying process. Demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach is crucial, as is thriving in a fast-paced environment.
We will give you the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. In addition to the base salary, there’s potential to earn up to a specified amount in incentives every month.
