Service Leader Level 1 – Thornaby
Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader based in the Thornaby area.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead an engaged and motivated team to deliver person‑centred outcomes to every person supported.
* Drive performance, set pace and direction within services, promote a positive and passionate culture.
* Ensure services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.
Qualifications & Experience
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3).
* Experience working in a health or social care setting.
* Upbeat positive manner, genuine passion for supporting people to become part of the local and wider community.
* Use of basic IT systems (training will be provided).
* Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem solving, resilience, patience, empathy, compassion and sensitivity to others.
