As a Support Worker, you'll help learning disabled adults learn new skills, develop independence, build confidence, and explore new interests. Every day is different - you could be supporting someone with daily tasks like cooking and shopping, helping them access the community, or encouraging them to try a new hobby. Your role is to provide the right level of support while promoting choice and independence.
Competitive pay - £13.51 + 10% per hour enhancement)per hour plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays
