Housing Regulation and Improvement Manager
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development, delivery, and implementation of a quality assurance and improvement programme across our Housing Directorate.
* Lead the development, delivery, and implementation of a quality assurance and improvement programme.
* Provide assurance that our housing services comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Develop action plans and remediations where we are deficient.
* Take enabling and direct actions to ensure high-quality, safe, modern, and preventative housing services.
As a manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing housing regulatory compliance and service improvement activities. You will line-manage directly one Housing Improvement Analyst and one Housing Delivery Officer.
About Your Skills and Qualifications
* Expertise in housing with significant knowledge and experience of preparing and implementing housing policies, procedures, formal reports, and presentations.
* Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with experience of managing or supervising staff.
* Ability to design, improve, and manage processes to enhance performance and outcomes.
