As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our services not only meet but exceed the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and local authorities. The Role As our Domiciliary Care Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding compliance and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead on all aspects of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements. Carry out internal audits, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments. Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and best practice guidance. Oversee and maintain staff training, records, and competency frameworks. Support the Registered Manager in preparing for inspections, reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Investigate and resolve compliance issues, ensuring robust action plans are implemented. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and accountability within the care team. About You We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about raising standards in care. Essential: Proven experience in a compliance, quality, or auditing role within health & social care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, MCA, DOLS, and safeguarding. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) Level 5 preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Desirable: Experience within domiciliary care or supported living services. Previous involvement in CQC inspections.
