Role Overview
As the face of H. Samuel, you will reflect our brand, culture and customers. You will answer questions, showcase our products, and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets during Christmas periods, including peak trading, bank holidays and weekends.
Your background
You will have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While you may not have specific jewellery experience, an interest in jewellery products and brands is essential. A positive, “can‑do” attitude, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers, is required.
