Key Responsibilities
* Lead the mechanical building services elements of major construction projects.
* Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project success.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices .
* Drive innovation and sustainability in mechanical services solutions.
* Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of mechanical building services and project lifecycle.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
