Administrator
Full Time Larbert -37.5 hours
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Larbert.
In this role, you will help support our company-owned retail stores, working closely with Store Managers, Area Managers, and other teams.
You will make sure stores get the help they need with everyday tasks.
What you will do:
* Provide the required day-to-day support to Retail COCO teams.
* Deliver required tasks as set by Team Leader Retail Support Team.
* Reports assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports as well as manual data entry.
* Product file maintenance including creating new, maintaining current within guidelines, processing supplier updates.
* Stock queries stemming from stock take discrepancy report and any invoice discrepancies incl accounts queries.
* Purchase orders & GRNs.
* Maintain contact lists.
* Check shared mailbox daily.
* Incoming & Outgoing Mail.
What we are looking for:
* Someone organised with good administration skills.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (excel in particular)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good customer service.
