Step into one of the UK’s fastest‑growing technical markets and help shape the future of clean energy. Our Renewable & Green Energy division partners with EPCs, developers, and engineering consultancies, delivering solar, BESS, wind, hydrogen, and net‑zero projects.
This is more than recruitment, it’s about building talent pipelines that power the transition to a sustainable future.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Running 360 recruitment across engineering and project delivery.
• Building long‑term partnerships with energy developers, EPCs, and consultancies.
• Headhunting niche talent in Grid, HV, Design, Project Delivery, and O&M.
• Growing your own specialist market within renewables.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and benchmarking.
What We’re Looking For
• Recruitment experience in any technical or engineering market.
• A confident communicator with commercial drive and resilience.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, clean energy, and net‑zero innovation.
• Someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship‑driven environment.
