Position Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join us. You will assist the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations of the Service Department, anticipate and identify customer needs, and maximise the use of all available resources to ensure the department runs in the most effective manner. You will motivate team members to achieve their business goals and make a real difference.
Responsibilities
Assist the Aftersales Manager with personnel and operations; anticipate and identify customer needs; maximise departmental resources for optimal efficiency; motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in a main dealer environment.
* Self‑motivated, committed, and tenacious.
* Team leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Experience managing personnel and operations in aftersales.

What We Offer
For your first 5 days in the business you’ll attend a residential induction academy at a hotel in the heart of Northampton’s countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
