What we are looking for: * Previous experience in B2C or B2B telesales or telemarketing. * Knowledge/interest of the IT industry also considered an advantage but not essential. * Great telephone presence with the confidence to speak B2B with individuals within the IT industry. * Driven and motivated with a positive 'can do ' attitude. * Fluent in English, spoken and written. * Good administration skills
